About Your Instructor |

An avid yoga practitioner since 1999, Susan Johnson, RYT, completed a 200hr Teacher Training Program at Yoga Source in Richmond under the directorship of Jennifer Elliot and Sandra Pleasants and is registered with the National Yoga Alliance. She has learned that yoga is much more than just exercise and believes that a continuous practice can transform our lives. She lives in Irvington with her husband and their three children.
