Core Stability & Integration Workshop

If there’s one thing Susan and the Ging(e) have learned in their yoga and PT practices, it’s that core is everything! In this workshop, you will learn why, when and how to engage your deep and superficial core muscles to make your yoga practice more fluid and keep your back healthy and happy. 

A  great complement to InsideOut Yoga's 30-Day Planks + Poses Challenge, this workshop will also will put you on the right foot for the rest of our 2020 workshops. 

RYT’s will receive one Yoga Alliance approved contact hour for Techniques, Training & Practice as well as one for Anatomy & Physiology. 

This is the third year we’ve done this workshop and it always sells out!
