Vinyasa Flow (Susan)

Perhaps the most popular style practiced in the West, vinyasa classes keep you moving as you build strength, balance and flexibility. You’ll flow through strong sequences of traditional and creative Sun Salutations and standing postures, peppered with strength-building drills and postures that open the mind and body in ways that move you forward in your practice and in your life.

This class will take place at YMCA/APYC Camp Kekoka, 1083 Boys Camp Rd, Kilmarnock. Drive right up to the stage, but please stay to the right of the pool.
