Optimize your alignment in this 6-week series designed for all levels! Each week will focus on a different pose family to help you move forward in your practice safely and more skillfully:
March 6: Neutral Spine Poses
March 13: Warrior 2 Family
March 21: Warrior 1 Family
March 28: Twists
April 3: Forward Bends
April 10: Backbends
We’ll start with warm-ups specifically designed to prepare you for the poses to come and end with accesible yoga stretches and Savasana. There will be some overlap from week to week (e.g., some forward bends are neutral spine poses), which will make your learning that much more efficient and effective.
Cost is $100 for the 6 weeks, advance registration is required and space is limited. Sorry, but class passes may not be used, and no refunds will be given for unattended classes. That said, life happens, so if you need to miss a class or two, you can come to any other class during the six weeks as a makeup.
