“ALL ABOUT THE VIEW”

a 6-Night Yoga Retreat on Lefkada Island, Greece

 October 7-13, 2027!

We’ll be staying at Mimosa Retreat, a stunning family-run sanctuary perched on the hillsides of Lefkada overlooking the crystalline waters of the Ionian Sea. With dramatic ocean views, lush Mediterranean foliage, and ancient olive trees woven throughout the property, the retreat feels both serene and deeply connected to the natural landscape.

Each ensuite double bedroom offers sweeping vistas, a private terrace, and its own outdoor shower.

Yoga, meditation, our signature workshops, and a special sound healing experience will all take place in our spacious, fully equipped yoga shala overlooking the Ionian Sea.

Lefkada, whose name comes from the Greek word for “white,” is known for its striking white cliffs and crystalline turquoise waters. Still considered something of a hidden gem, the island has remained largely untouched by the mass tourism of Greece’s more famous destinations. Uniquely, Lefkada is the only Greek island accessible by car, connected to the mainland by a small floating bridge. The island is also linked to Odysseus, the hero of Homer’s Odyssey, who’s said to have ruled the surrounding Ionian islands from nearby Ithaca.

Just a short 20-minute walk from the retreat is the lively town of Nydri, where you’ll find charming shops, waterfront restaurants, bars, and water sports. The nearest beach, Perigiali, is just a 15-minute walk away.

We’ll explore the island on a guided e-bike tour and hike to the beautiful Nydri Waterfalls.

Mimosa’s in-house chefs will prepare our pescatarian meals, showcasing exceptional Greek and Mediterranean cuisine made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

Most importantly, you’ll develop deep connections, elevate your yoga and meditation practices, and leave feeling energized, inspired and empowered. Because whether you’re on a magnificent island in Greece or in your hometown, it’s all about the view.
