Become more aware of your thoughts and how they affect the body in this 6-week Mindful Wellness series taught by Nutrition & Wellness Coach, Tara Haislip. Negative thought patterns can have a snowball effect on our well-being, and if we don’t learn to let them go, they can cause illness and disease. The series will infuse guided mediation, stretching to help the body release, and light discussion. Limited to 10 participants. Sorry, no refunds given for workshops purchased but not attended.
