IOY/OBX³ YOGA RETREAT OCTOBER 24-27*, 2018 - "HERE'S TO HERE!"

Strike a balance between mindfulness and raucousness at this 3-day* yoga retreat in a spectacular oceanfront home in Nags Head, NC! Susan & MJ will lead you in yoga, meditation, workshops and exclusive That Damn Mary beer tastings as we explore our weekend theme of reveling in the present. Enrich your practice, deepen your connections and steep yourself in fun!

*Special opportunity to extend your weekend! Many of our OBX'ers tell us they wish the weekend would last longer. To that, we say yes! this year by offering a pre-retreat night for only $50 per person. The retreat won't officially start until Wednesday at 4 pm, but you can do your own thang, take some  private yoga lessons with Susan, or get a massage. (Additional costs apply.) Pre-retreat check-in is Tuesday, October 23 at 4 pm.

WEEKEND INCLUDES

  • 3 nights (or 4 - see above!*)in an incredible oceanfront home in Nags Head

  • 2 yoga classes per day (accessible to all levels)

  • Guided meditation

  • "Here's to Here!" workshops

  • Breakfast daily

  • Dinner Thursday and Friday (You bring your entree, we provide vegetarian sides)

  • That Damn Mary Brewing Company (TDM) double draft beer tastings

  • Access to all of the house amenities including hot tub, game room, hi speed internet, home theater, shuffleboard, outdoor showers, poolside cabana, elevator, daily towel service – the works!

rooms/rates

  • Shared King Room w/Bath - $518 per person, double occupancy (9 rooms/18 spots available). You must book the entire room in order to register.

  • 4-Pyramid Bunk Room - $384 per person (2 rooms/8 spots available)

EARLY registration for previous OBX'ers begins may 14 @ 8:00 am!

If you attended IOY/OBX last year, an online registration access code will be emailed to you.

open registration begins may 22 @ 8:00 am!

If you're a new OBX'er, please check back on May 22 at 8:00 am for the registration link.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Payments are non-refundable. In case of an emergency, we will do due diligence in finding another awesome OBX'er to take your place.

CARPOOLING

InsideOut Yoga doesn’t officially organize carpooling for the retreat but we'll send a group roster once registration is complete so you can connect with other OBX'ers who might want to carpool.

  • 10:00-11:00 am Flow Yoga w/Susan

  • 11:30 am “Here's to Here!” Workshop w/MJ

  • 12:30-5:00 pm Lunch (not provided) and Free Time

  • 5:00-6:00 pm Breathe & Stretch Yoga w/Susan

ABOUT YOUR LEADERS

Susan Johnson, E-RYT 200 has been the owner/instructor at InsideOut Yoga since 2010 and the leader of the Kekoka Yoga Retreat for the past 10 years. She “has gained a reputation not only for teaching yoga to people of all ages, but for giving people the tools to change their lives” (Local Scoop Magazine). Her classes offer individual attention in a group setting with thoughtful, intelligent instruction that challenges your body while nurturing your spirit.

MJ Anderson is the Regional Executive for the Peninsula Metropolitan YMCA and the owner of That Damn Mary Brewing Co, scheduled to open in 2018. She's also a clinical psychologist, seeker of wisdom, singer/songwriter, life coach, outdoors freak, and lover of all things steeped in fun.
